has been in the recruiting business for over 37 years. He manages national and international searches on behalf of
mineral extraction firm’s worldwide. Mike’s search success includes identifying the right candidates in a variety of
professions: C-level executives, General Managers, Mine Managers, Metallurgists, Geologists, Maintenance, IR,
CFO’s Controllers and other key professionals. His key talent? His client’s trust him. Mike has a B.A. in Economics
from Northeastern University, Boston and a MS in Urban/Regional Planning from University of Illinois, Champaign.
Prior to becoming a recruiter, Mike was Regional Project Planning Manager for a Michigan , state-wide residential
developer, a bank auditor and a Project Planning Manager for a major downtown Detroit redevelopment
organization. In his spare time, he’s an avid tennis player.

has 39+ years of search and staffing experience with exceptional depth and success completing search engagements
for C-level financial executives, Controllers, Management and Supervisory Accountants across a very broad range
of industries. She also leads the general Executive Search practice for the firm (executive/senior manager positions
outside of accounting or finance.) Her key talent? Listening to what her clients want and more especially what they
actually need, often completing a search with an unexpected conclusion. “Best hire I’ve ever made,” from in-
numerable clients. What’s fun for Marilyn? Everything. She enjoys working with small clients who are ready move
past a bookkeeper and hire their first Controller—usually after their CPA/Legal advisors insist it is time. Those
searches require a full suite of a consultant’s skills, trust and a lot of TLC. Prior experience included accounting,
operations and managerial positions in public accounting, manufacturing, construction, consulting, technology,
health care, legal and not-for-profits. She is Past President of AAFA, The British American Chamber of Commerce
(now BABC) and was active in the American Society of Women Accountants. She is a member and Board member
(past) of the Southeast Denver Rotary and a past member the Women President’s Organization (Denver Chapter.)
Over the years, Marilyn has taken advantage of Colorado’s offerings. Skiing, hiking, camping and gardening:
